Research explores safer routes for logging trucks
Every mile logging trucks travel adds to the overall cost of the timber. Warnell research is measuring the benefits of shifting log trucks from back roads to interstate highways, which includes safer routes off local roads, minimize wear and tear, and cost savings for timber producers.

The Langdale Center for Forest Business at Warnell has released its 2020 revision of the perennially popular Property Tax Incentives for the Georgia Landowner. This 192-page book is a review of all the ad valorem tax incentives offered by Georgia to landowners.
